1. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the distance between the warehouse and the delivery
location, as well as the classification of the destination city (such as Metropolitan, Tier 1, Tier 2,
or Rural areas). The delivery charges range from a minimum of ₹30 per kg to a maximum of ₹90
per kg. The final shipping rate is determined by factors including the proximity to the nearest
warehouse and the type of city or region where the order is being delivered.

3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within India.
- Delivery may be restricted in certain pin codes due to logistics limitations.
5. Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS once the order is dispatched.
6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- Up to 2 reattempts will be made in case of delivery failure.
- If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to the warehouse and a refund (if applicable) will be initiated, minus shipping charges.
7. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- For voluntary returns (e.g., size change, dislike), return shipping charges may apply and
will be deducted from the refund.
